Refund policy
Updated 10 October 2026.
OLPINER is operated by אחינעם אולפינר, rendered in English as Ahinoam Olpiner.
For help with unframed prints, shirts or original artworks, including cancellations and returns, contact OLPINER at hi@olpiner.com or call +972 54 306 1006. OLPINER handles sales, customer service, cancellations, returns and refunds. We coordinate production and shipping with partners where relevant. You do not need to pursue a claim with our supplier yourself.
Returns
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing goods
Contact us when you discover a problem, including a wrong design, colour or size supplied, damage, a defect or an item missing from the parcel. Where possible, keep the item and packaging while we establish the appropriate next step.
We will review the problem and coordinate with the relevant production or delivery partner where needed. The remedy depends on the circumstances and your legal rights, and may include a refund or, where appropriate and available, replacement. A one-of-a-kind original artwork cannot necessarily be replaced. Supplier reporting windows do not replace or shorten your rights against OLPINER.
Delivery problems
If a parcel is late, lost, returned to sender or marked delivered but cannot be found, email us with your order number and any tracking information. We will investigate with the production or delivery partner. A tracking label alone does not confirm physical dispatch. An investigation does not suspend a cancellation or refund deadline imposed by law.
Returning an item and return shipping
Contact OLPINER for the return destination and instructions before sending a parcel. Do not assume that the dispatch address, Creativehub/theprintspace or a Tapstitch facility accepts customer returns. Requesting instructions does not delay or invalidate a cancellation notice already given within a legal deadline.
For an Israeli statutory cancellation due to a defect, non-conformity, late delivery or another seller breach, make any goods received available at the place of delivery and tell us where they are; arranging their collection is our responsibility. For a qualifying Israeli statutory change-of-mind cancellation, you are responsible for returning the goods to the business and for return shipping, unless applicable law or an agreed offer provides otherwise.
OLPINER handles original-art returns and coordinates print and shirt returns with the relevant partner. A physical return may not be necessary for every defect claim. Use a supplier return destination only when we confirm it for your case; otherwise we will provide OLPINER return instructions. Your refund does not depend on Creativehub/theprintspace or Tapstitch reimbursing us.
For a mixed-product return, contact us about each item. We will confirm whether items can be sent together or need separate parcels and destinations. Do not combine returns without those instructions.
Pack returns securely and retain proof of dispatch. Unopened packaging is not a blanket condition of statutory cancellation, inspection or defect rights. These practical requests do not override statutory rights.
Original artworks
Original artworks are offered by individual enquiry. The artwork page shows the work and its reference; use “Enquire about this work” or email us with that reference and your delivery country. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or take payment.
Before you agree to purchase, the sale information must identify the seller and the artwork, its condition and included items, the total price and payment terms, delivery arrangements and charges, and the applicable cancellation and return terms. These disclosures must also be provided in the form and time required by law.
OLPINER handles the sale, shipping coordination, customer service, cancellations, returns and refunds directly. An existing original has no printing or production stage. You may cancel before dispatch without a cancellation or restocking fee.
Original artworks: additional voluntary change-of-mind returns
Notify OLPINER within 14 calendar days after delivery and send the return within 14 calendar days after giving notice. The artwork must have no customer-caused damage or alteration. Careful opening and inspection are allowed. Use protective packaging suitable for transport; it does not have to be the original packaging.
For this voluntary return, you pay return shipping. Original outbound shipping that has already been performed is not refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise. There is no cancellation or restocking fee. We refund the returned item's purchase price to the original payment method within seven business days of receiving the returned artwork. Any inspection takes place within that period, subject to any earlier mandatory refund deadline.
For a partial voluntary return, this applies to the returned artwork's purchase price; the remaining items are not cancelled. Shipping adjustments must still follow any applicable legal requirements. These voluntary condition and shipping-cost rules do not restrict remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods or replace statutory cancellation rights.
If an artwork sale is concluded remotely and qualifies as a distance sale, the applicable statutory cancellation and refund protections also apply. An existing original artwork is not automatically a bespoke commission because it is unique or sold by enquiry. Contact OLPINER about cancellation, damage, non-conformity or delivery problems; Tapstitch's shirt procedures do not govern original artworks.
Prints
Our unframed prints are produced through Creativehub/theprintspace. A standard artwork printed after you order is not automatically treated as legally personalised or excluded from cancellation rights.
Prints: additional voluntary change-of-mind returns
Notify OLPINER within 14 calendar days after delivery and dispatch the return within 14 calendar days after notice. Careful opening and inspection are allowed. The print must have no customer-caused damage or alteration. Use protective packaging suitable for transport; it need not be the original packaging. Contact us for return instructions before sending it.
You pay voluntary return shipping. Outbound shipping already performed is not refunded unless applicable law requires it. No cancellation or restocking fee applies. We refund the returned print’s purchase price to the original payment method within seven business days of receiving it, including inspection, subject to any earlier mandatory deadline. For partial returns, these terms apply to the returned item; shipping adjustments follow applicable law. These voluntary terms do not limit remedies for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods or statutory cancellation rights.
Refunds
For a qualifying Israeli distance-sale cancellation, OLPINER must refund the amount legally due, cancel the relevant charge and provide confirmation within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. Supplier reimbursement and internal inspection do not extend that deadline. Any deduction must have a lawful basis and be explained; supplier costs are not automatically deductible. Cancellation fees do not apply to the seller-breach cases described above.
Refunds are made to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and any lawful exception expressly agreed with you. A refund legally owed in money is not replaced by store credit without a lawful basis and your agreement. Other mandatory refund rules remain applicable where they govern the purchase.
Partial returns and delivery charges
Identify which items you are returning or cancelling; we will itemise the corresponding refund and any shipping adjustment. Products in separate parcels or supplied by different partners do not require you to pursue separate supplier claims. Returning one item does not automatically cancel the rest of an order or reduce rights relating to the other items.
Original outbound delivery charges are refunded where the applicable law requires. They are not automatically treated as non-refundable. Additional voluntary returns are distinct from statutory cancellations; their agreed terms cannot reduce a statutory refund or extend a legal deadline.
Cancellations
Prints and shirts: order changes and cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible to request an address, size or other order change. We will check production and dispatch progress before confirming whether the requested change can be made. A change request is not confirmed until we tell you it has been accepted. Before production begins we will seek to stop the supplier order; after production begins an operational stop may no longer be possible. That does not remove statutory cancellation rights or the voluntary print return offer. Contact OLPINER rather than assuming a supplier account status determines your rights.
Shirts are produced and shipped through Tapstitch with OLPINER branding. Production progress may affect our ability to alter an order, but does not by itself remove a statutory cancellation right. Printing a standard design after an order, or adding our brand label, is not treated by this policy as automatic proof that the shirt is legally personalised.
Shirts: wrong size and change of mind
Choosing the wrong size or changing your mind is different from receiving a defective or incorrect item. You may still have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase without giving a reason. Check the size guide before ordering, and contact us to exercise any applicable cancellation right.
For shirts, OLPINER does not offer additional voluntary returns or exchanges for wrong-size selections or a change of mind beyond your statutory rights. This does not affect remedies for a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied item.
OLPINER waives cancellation fees for shirts. Mandatory rights under the consumer law applicable to your purchase remain in force.
Statutory cancellation rights — Israeli distance purchases
For goods covered by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law's distance-sale cancellation right, you may cancel from the transaction date until 14 days after receipt of the goods or the required disclosure document, whichever is later. Legal exceptions apply; a standard print or shirt is not automatically exempt merely because it is produced after ordering.
An eligible person with a disability, senior citizen aged 65 or over, or new immigrant may cancel within four months of the transaction, receipt of the goods or receipt of the required disclosure document, whichever is later, where the transaction included a conversation with the seller, including electronic communication, subject to the statutory conditions. Contact us if this applies to you.
For a qualifying cancellation caused by a defect, non-conformity, failure to deliver on the agreed date or another breach by the seller, no cancellation fee applies.
Other applicable consumer rights
If your purchase is covered by EU/EEA or UK distance-selling rules, qualifying goods generally have a 14-day withdrawal period from delivery and a further 14 days to send them back after notice. Refunds include standard outbound delivery where required; any permitted waiting for the goods or proof of return must follow the applicable law. Genuine personalised-goods exceptions are assessed individually, not applied to every made-to-order item. Defect and non-conformity rights remain separate. Mandatory protections that apply in your country prevail over a less favourable term on this page.
How to contact us and give cancellation notice
Use Cancel an order, available without an account, or email hi@olpiner.com with your name, order number, the email used for the order and the items concerned. Tell us whether you want to cancel, return an item, change your order or report a problem. If you cannot find your order number, include enough information to help us locate the purchase.
You can also send written cancellation notice by registered post to our correspondence address below, or give cancellation notice by telephone at +972 54 306 1006. Have your name and order details ready so we can identify the purchase.
For cancellation under Israeli law, include your name and identification number where applicable. If you do not have an Israeli identification number, contact us using your name and order details; this does not prevent you from giving notice. For an oral notice, also provide any additional identifying detail agreed when the purchase was made. An ID-document photograph is not requested.
For a product or delivery problem, describe what happened and include clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label where available. For damage or a wrong item, please contact us promptly—ideally within seven days of delivery—to help us pursue supplier claims. This is a request, not a cutoff for your legal rights. Photos help us investigate; they are not a blanket condition on your statutory rights. Do not send card details, passwords or payment verification codes.
The website email link opens your email application; you must send the message yourself. If it does not open, write directly to hi@olpiner.com. Keep a copy of your cancellation notice. Exercising a legal cancellation right does not depend on us first approving your request or receiving reimbursement from a supplier.
